Information for Sauna Treatment Guests
To ensure the best possible experience, please make sure you are well hydrated before and after your treatment. To maintain proper hydration, we recommend increasing your fluid intake a couple of hours before your appointment. It is also advisable to avoid heavy meals immediately before the treatment.

Please note that the treatment sauna is located outdoors.
The treatment is suitable for anyone who is comfortable using a sauna. Before the session begins, your sauna host will ask about any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. We can tailor the experience to your needs, for example by providing the treatment at a lower temperature if preferred.
After Your Treatment
Following your sauna treatment, you are welcome to continue enjoying Saana Spa facilities for 30 minutes at no additional charge.

A wood-fired stove, water carried by hand, the scent of birch firewood, and a refreshing dip in the lake – now you can experience the authentic charm of a traditional Finnish lakeside sauna with ease.
Saana’s Traditional Lakeside Sauna offers the perfect setting for you and your friends to enjoy a genuine Finnish sauna experience. The sauna accommodates up to six guests at a time.
Guests are responsible for heating the sauna stove and preparing their own washing water, just as in a traditional Finnish summer cottage sauna.
