Ohjeet saunahoitoon tuleville
- Huolehdi riittävästä nesteytyksestä ennen hoitoon tulemista sekä hoidon jälkeen. Nestetasapainon ylläpitämiseksi on suositeltavaa aloittaa juomaan runsaammin pari tuntia aikaisemmin. Pyri myös välttämään raskaita aterioita juuri ennen hoitoa.
- Varaa mukaan uimapuku, pyyhe sekä halutessasi sandaalit. Hoitosauna sijaitsee ulkona.
- Hoito sopii jokaiselle muutenkin saunovalle henkilölle. Sanoittaja tulee kysymään kuitenkin mahdollisista sairauksista sekä allergioista ennen hoidon aloittamista. Voimme räätälöidä saunoituksen sinulle sopivaksi esim. tekemällä hoidon miedommassa lämpötilassa.
- Hoidon päätteeksi saat jäädä nauttimaan Saanan kylpylästä puolen tunnin ajaksi.

Instructions for Sauna Treatment Guests
Make sure to stay well-hydrated both before and after your treatment.
To maintain proper fluid balance, we recommend increasing your water intake a couple of hours before the session. Please also avoid heavy meals right before your treatment.
Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and sandals if you wish.
The treatment sauna is located outdoors.
The treatment is suitable for anyone who already enjoys regular sauna bathing.
Before the session begins, the sauna host will ask about any medical conditions or allergies. We can tailor the experience to your needs—for example, by performing the treatment at a milder temperature.
After the treatment, you may continue relaxing in Saana’s spa for an additional 30 minutes.

Saana’s traditional lakeside sauna offers the true atmosphere of a classic Finnish cottage sauna — perfect for you or a group of friends. The sauna accommodates up to 6 people at a time.
Guests heat the wood stove themselves and handle the washing water just like in a real traditional sauna.
