Menu
Our menu’s specialty is the Fish Pizza, which originated around 15 years ago. For this seasonal pizza, we use domestic cold-smoked salmon, roe, and dill oil. Instead of traditional cheese, we add Valio Koskenlaskija cheese, which is specifically designed for this pizza.
You’re unlikely to find a similar pizza anywhere else on this side of the planet. If you love fish and fish-based dishes, this is definitely worth a try.
Pizza master
Nuno. Officially known as Nuno Soares, he is responsible for making the pizzas this summer. Originally from Portugal, he has ten years of experience with Italian pizzas. He has traveled the world and speaks more languages than there are toppings on a pizza.

The terrace at Saana in Kuopio has been ranked as the third best terrace in Finland nationwide. Even if it rains, you can still enjoy your meal in the beautiful Kallavesi scenery on our glazed terrace.
